So, ive been smoking for 3 years on and off. I'm 19, almost 20. Recently Ive felt like a bunch of gunk is stuck in the back left side of my throat. I'm constantly coughing and trying to clear my throat. Nothing helps. Could this be anxiety? Or allergies? It just went from 20 to 60 degrees in a matter of a week or so. I also had really bad allergies this year. Its been going on for 2 or 3 weeks now.
