My anxiety gets extremely bad around like 8 o'clock at night and last ALL night. It's 5 am and I've been having the worst anxiety. Almost to a panic on and off panics actually. I suffer from extreme hypochondria and it flip flops from physical health to mental heal fears (afraid of going schizophrenic) I don't know why nights are so hard! Maybe because I can't find anything to do or keep my self doing things. Does anyone know why night time is so much worse for me? I mean I have anxiety 24/7 but the extreme stuff where it's panic and severe depression from it comes at night time and I can!5 ever get a normal sleep pattern. I'm up all night and sleep all say. Advice? Help?
