long story short, I tend to waffle...

in shower, washing hair, always keep my mouth open to breath (can't do it through nose - different story)

anyways I started to panic thinking on shit I've inhaled water, started to cough (not choking cough), and then I remember a little trickle going down, I just felt it...

So i started googling ( i know we're not meant to, I just needed to know)

and then...... THEN... I found dry drowning... now I'm panicking that I'm going to die from that, I've got a phleghmy cough, which I'm not sure I've exasperated by coughing or if its the steam from the shower....

I'm done in...

I've inhaled the odd bit of Bath water, I'm sure you'll be fine.
As you'll already know and I too am guilty of the same, Google tends to display rare occurrences or the worst case scenario. Honestly, you'll be fine.
