New here....health anxiety

Hi, i'm new to the group & i have been suffering with health anxiety for the last 18mths. Sometimes i feel ok (managable) & sometimes i'm a anxious mess. I am always convincing myself that i have some terrible illness & no matter how many tests, scans etc i have, i still have an underlying feeling of something being missed. At the moment, my anxiety is reasonably mild, but it wouldn't take much to flip it the other way. Hoping to find some reassurance & support here. x
