Accidentally taken 2 types of indigestion remedies at the same time is that serious?

Hi there I had a bowl of soup, I did not consider this to be a meal and I took an esomeprazole before my main course and 2 peppermint oil capsules as it is macaroni cheese and it tends to come back on me. Anyway I read on the box of peppermint capsules not to be taken at the same time as other indigestion remedies or immediately after a meal. Ive done both. Is this serious I am burping up lots of peppermint anything to worry about.

Sometimes, some meds can stop others working as effectively, thats all that can happen with the type you have taken. Nothing bad will happen.

I often take esomeprazole with ranitidine, nothing bad happens.

It is ok to take different types but they have to be a hour apart because they can stop one another from working.
