not sinusitis then what can it be ?? help

Had Ct scan on sinuses showed all clear even scope up nostrils all clear... Yet everyday am suffering pressure in bridge of nose and nausea !!!! Docs havent a clue why and nor do i?? Anxiety ?? Gastritis?? Why am i suffering each day like this ?? Ots making my anxiety go crazy with over thinking... I do no it goes worse wen am out alone ??

Anxiety definitely causes nausea and I am sure it can cause feelings of pressure/tension in any part of your body. I would see that as good news that the tests were clear x

Thanks annie i think it is me causing it as also pain in nape of neck like ive got a tight hairband on xx

I just had a CT and MRI scan aswell, waiting for the results. I had bad sinus pressure and now derealisation 24/7 i think its all connected, its so horrible xx
