Hey guys!!
Wanted to Let you know that after monthsnof not leaving my hous I went out for a meal with my boyfriend :))) I felt and an attack coming on on the way and literally shouted "you're not getting to me today!" And to my surprisni felt fine after that and had a lovely meal!!! So proud of myself :))
