i had bad news yesterday about a friend , went out to watch rugby ( a few drinks) the was awoken this am by a wrong number call

now since mid morning i have had odd feeling in my chest, twitching, occasional pins and needles , neck pain, pains at top of both arms, occasional shoulder pain, the runs and stomach pain and it feels like my heart is going 10 to the dozen

hubby says when he listens its loud but not fast

now ive scared myself witless for the 1st time in ages re my heart, i leant my PA book to someone and cant get it back today sadly

i think its a mixture of the news i had and some alcohol yesterday but im seriously petrified as hubby going to work in a few hours last minute

any help/reassurance would be greatly appreciated

Have you tried doing relaxation breathing? I was clenching my teeth as I was reading the stress descriptions you added. Unclenched now and trying to do relaxation breathing. :hugs:
