hi guys, for the past few days iv had wheezing sometimes when I breath, tight chest, not being able to take a decent breath, it feels like the tightness in my chest is restricting me but also kind of feels like my lungs are filled so I cant take a decent breath, upper back aches and pains and feeling a bit breathless, im obviously worrying about my lungs, im 28 and I do smoke, so im worried about lung disease, lung cancer or asthma, iv had all of this for about 3 days now, I do also cough up a bit of mucus in the mornings and have a stuffy nose etc but I don't feel like I have a cold or anything like that.. im not sure if all of this could be anxiety but has anyone had the same thing?? im working on quitting smoking but its hard without patches etc so im working on cutting down gradually till I stop and im hoping that wont be a long process, thank you in advance for any advise and replies oh almost forgot I had a clear chest xray about 2 months ago that was done for something else xx
