Dammit dammit dammit. I'm so stupid... Thuis is in the wrong forum but I don't care... I'm on 5mg cipralex a day, which I took at noon, but me being a complete dickhead forgot this and I just took another 5mg... OOOOOPS!!!

What do I do? It's still a low dose, right? Help! Help! Help!

Dont panic i am an expert at taking pills then retaking them!!!!!

I have never come to any harm!!!

Its such a low dose anyhow i really dont think you will have any probs

If you are still worried ring your local hospital or nhs direct

Hi, Ive just started on 10mg ciltalopram going up to 20mg next week. I dont think the amount you have taken will be a problem as its quite low but if you feel worried I would call NHS Direct. Google for the number.

At such a low dose it's unlikely to be a problem. Don't worry about it but if you must, as others have said, phone NHS Direct
