Don't laugh . .

After a panic last week I am now left with a kind of internal tension that feels as if someone is tickling my heart. It's not painful or anything just really disconcerting and sends me off down the road of being anxious/scared I'm going to die/have heart failure etc.

Am I in lala land?

ive had it 2 sweetie, i felt it by my heart and all thru my body even in my back. its hard not 2 worry tho xxxx hope this helps
