weird breathing sensation

Does anybody else get this like breathing either feels warm or cold or like I can't describe it well but all a sudden feels like when you have the oxygen mask on and kinda funny smell and taste even though they isn't one and feels warm kinda werid? I'm not describing this good at all !
I'm not even in a Panic attack but this does happen normaly before my panic kicks off also does anybody else get a random fast flip flop feeling in chest throat and stomach really having a hard time and symtoms are going crazy

I had breathing problems for 15 years I thought it was asthma my chest was so tight. I realised I was hyperventilating and prozac has basically cured it I cant believe it worked
