Neck Rash

Good afternoon all,

Apologies if this has been asked before, I have largely been able to deal with the anxiety and panic for a little while now, however a new symptom which I have recently developed or noticed is that whenever I get anxious/worked up I am getting red blotchy skin on my upper chest and my neck, it goes once I've relaxed and calmed down, does anyone else have this or know what it is?

I don't get this myself but one of my best friends does and you can see it appearing and spreading and going again over the course of an evening . If she's had to rush to a meeting she arrives with a really red neck and chest but it calms down as she relaxes. She just shrugs it off and says it doesn't bother her. X
