Been back to GP today about the swollen gland in back of my neck. He gave me quite a thorough examination and reassured me that it was nothing to worry about and that I'm perfectly healthy. He assured me he has felt lymph nodes that are not ok and also reiterated that my blood tests are perfectly normal. I actually trust him and have started CBT, I am going to try and think positively about it. He actually thinks I've had the gland for ages just never noticed it before as I wasn't looking for something to be wrong with me, plus I had a full MRI of head and neck in January. Just need to stop worrying about lymphoma.
