I don't know of this is part of panic or not I'm freaking out from it though !!
I was sat normal I breathed in about to give a little cough and it's like I nearly choked on my salaiva I did a like dry gs of that makes sence then recently I have a tickle in my throat that makes me cough it has happened three times while asleep twice while walking outside and now just happened again accept I started to worry because of the two things that have just happened and I'm scared I'm going to choke on my own saliva I feel like it's stuck in back of throat but it won't come up the whole side of my left throat felt as though it was numb or tensed or something it freaked me out I got a tickle feeling all over like when your shocked or excited im so worried my breathing is now a little jumpy and my throat is tickling like mad but deep down my throat I have had a drink and this is only making it worse I don't know what to do I think my body's trying to choke itself
