I have like a black dot under a callas on my foot so I picked the skin off to expose what it was and ended up digging quite deep and it never went away. What is it?

It looks like it could be a verucca or wart to me... just get some over the counter treatment for veruccas or I think you can actually just buy it from the health section in supermarkets and if it doesn't clear up then book a dr's appointment.

Looks like a verruca - very easy to treat. You paint on liquid every day and eventually it comes off on its own
