Super worried, DVT?

I am laying in bed at the moment, absolutely panicking because I have been having pains in my lega for quite a while now, but tonight my right leg there is quite a lot of pain, I have pain in the left side of my chest too, absolutely afraid I have a DVT, I have checked for redness and swelling, but nothing.. Just my veins are showing a lot more. I am on birth control, underweight and do not smoke, but I literally get no exercise. Help! :weep: :unsure:

Although I am sure its nothing. You should get a Doppler done just in case because smoking mixed with birth control does put you at risk. I hope that you are doing okay.though and that everything worked out.
