I used to frequent this site back in 2011-12 but its been a while.
also, random question, anyone from brum know what happened to the user lauz_lea? She lived in Brum when I used to use this site but it appears that she hasn't been on the site since december 2014. I was hoping to catch up with her again.

just to add to the thread and try and help my brummy friends,rethink.org do a group meeting with cbt therapy thrown in.Its at the big church in kings heath so not far away.
I did it over a year ago and it was a great help,you can self register on their website rething.org
