Out again!!

Hi all,

Just an update. I have been out a couple more times since my sucess last saturday. I went for lunch with my friend on Monday(just the local pub) but was out for a good 5 hours!!
Today I have been to a pilates class which I found really good. The teacher told me my posture was quite bad and this could be leading to some of my health problems ie blocked sinus and catarrh behind my ear. She showed me how to correct my posture, I just hope I can remember how it is!!!
She also specialised in Rekki and did some on my feet which I found really nice. I hope to continue going to this class as I think it will be really helpfull in my recovery.
I also got my first appointment for counselling on Wednesday so that means out of the house again!!
I am trying to keep positive it's not easy as I am still suffering with dizziness and the odd panic attack.
There has to be light at the end of this tunnel!!!

Thanks everyone for your support it means a lot. Rach i'll let you know how I get on with the reiki fingers crossed it does some good. It's really difficult to feel positive, but we must try our best, it's the only way forward. I'll give anything a go to feel happy, healthy and confident again as i'm sure everyone sufferng like us would.
