bloated gassy and scared

Ever since i took some stool softener three days ago i been really gassy and bloated, middle of stomach feels so heavy. I feel so uncomfortable, i don't think constipated since i have been pooping, i just feel like i have to go still and i looked u my symptoms and ovarian cancer came up and now i'm petrified, last year at this time i had similiar problem and went to have a pelvic ultrasound which was clear they said it was full of gas, do you think this is the same thing? I'm also supposed to get my period but haven't yet i'm scared is this something serious

Best thing to do is see your doctor. In the mean time you should buy some something like Wind Eze or the equivalent in the states, that helps to breakdown excess wind.

I've had horrible bloating and gas but took the Wind Eze and seems to have helped at the moment.

Eating whole-grain bread can make stools soft without causing bloating and gas. Other foods high in fiber like beans can cause a lot of gas, though.
