does tiredness have an effect on palpitations i have been getting them in my throat again lately and i haven't been sleeping well and my anxiety has been a bit worse aswell but the palps appear to be worse when i lay on my side its worrying a bit.

Yes, for me there's a direct correlation between how tired I am and how bad my palpitations are or whether or not I get them.

Absolutely. When I used to get them they'd be much worse when I was very tired.

Yes my palpitations in my neck are strong and are always there but are a lot stronger when I am tired, I thought it was only me who suffered with it. I find myself sitting on the train looking at people's necks trying to see if I can see there neck pulsing like mine

Definitely my palpitations are worse when tired and also when stressed / anxious.
