Hello all! I'm Kelsey....I'm sixteen and from the US, but currently in Chile as an exchange student.
This year so far has been amazing...but also incredibly hard. I def. have OCD(I had a lot of rituals and such in the US before I left), and my parents think this is where my anxiety is stemming from.
I have a fairly hardcore fear of death. I used to get anxiety attacks, or something of the sort, when I was little, but they disappeared until this year. Now they're back, even worse than before, and I can't shake that horrible anxious feeling.
I stumbled upon this site....and I love it so far....it's good to know I'm not alone.
So anyhoo.
