very hot !!!!

Why am i extremly hot allday everyday then i sweat bad ...last night i was sitting here and chest and down both arms was so hot and burning feelng i thought i was gonna die i almost called ambulance ...i had thyroid checked they said its all normal what can this be please !!!!

It could be many things. One thing I find solves a lot of problems - drink water. It might be dehydration, and if it's not, drinking water will help replace what you've sweated out. Drink lots!
