worried about pancrease cancer

Been feeling sick for last 3 months rights shoulder pain pulling on the left side. Always tired and loss of appettie. Abdominal discomfort full of air.
Yellow foul smelling stools. Fed up all bloods back ok.
Can anyone help.

Anything pancreas related would have your stools as colourless - basically white. What did your doc say?

Hi thanks for the response
I am waiting on a stool sample test to return.
I was previously infected with hpylori. But that has now come back clear.

Just really fed up. Normaly when you are always tired no energy these all point down to cancer and am really worried. :-(
