Art therapy- Zen colouring!

Well today I decided to give this colouring book a go, it's an advanced art therapy book which is supposed to help with relaxation using straightforward tasks that give you some freedom.

And wow, I have been sat here for 8hours colouring in! Nice and peaceful, stopped my anxiety and relaxed me! Actually quite pleased with this purchase and it is quite fun although your hands ache after a long time!! :yesyes:

There are several Mindfulness colouring books on Amazon as well as ones that seem to be more about art in general.
