Lightheadedness and dizziness

Nearly two months ago I took drugs and had a panic attack. Since then my life has been hell. I am a severe hypochondriac and my latest find is that I get very very Lightheaded and it freaks me out. Especially when I excercise I get so lightheaded I have to stop. I am eating extremely healthy but perhaps not enough. I've been prescribed propanolol 10mg to take once or twice every day. I'm constantly tired. Can the drugs have damaged my brain? I also get headaches all over my head. The propanolol keeps the panic attacks away but the thoughts of doom and gloom are always present.

Hi there, light headedness can be caused from anxiety or you medication, drugs are bad but I don't think a one off will do you any harm, just keep away from them, do you take anything for your depression, if not maybe you should mention to the Dr that you feel very down, try not to worry its just anxiety xx
