Really can't bring myself to so any excercise
As Everytime I do and feel any pain in my chest, I get extremely anxious thinking it's a heart attack. I've had so many ecgs and blood tests and an x ray done and all fine but just can't finish my work outs. I'm only 20 years old and in decent shape but starting to fade away. Chances of something underlying being wrong with me or is it again just my head? I also get very faint now that I have anxiety and never did before. Please help me.

Perhaps a personal trainer could help & devise a programme to suit your needs.
Deep breathing exercises may help reduce the feeling of faintness.

I can relate. I would suggest doing something low impact like pilates, or even yoga but can have the benefits of stretching, relaxing, and losing weight. Or try to start shorter time increments. Excel cine for 10 mi utes, then 12, then 15....

I wish you well. I know how hard it is. I was working out 3-5 times a week and am trying to get back I not it. Goal.....Once a week.
