Hi,

This is my first visit to this site and I'm finding it helpful. I had m first panic attach 18 months ago but recently they have got worse. The thing for me is that I have them in bed and often they wake me up. It got to the point when I couldn't sleep which made everything worse!!!! Just started on 50mg of sertaline as couldn't cope. I always thought of myself as a strong independent woman and the panics were making me feel like a failiure. Just reading through this site is leading me to believe otherwise. That, and the help of my GP and family and friends. It's good to read through stories/thoughts of others who understand. Anyway, enough of me going on,......!!!!
