Hi all, I just wanted to say that before this episode of ha started I would not have given some of the symptoms i have had, the time of day, however ha has a strong grip on me at the moment, which is really hard to shake, my current worry about my collarbone I have had for ages, so why now do i decide its something serious, this illness sucks at Christmas I was convinced I had breast cancer, the collarbone didn't even register in my mind then, so what I am trying to say is, the mind has so much power it can convince you of things that really are just normal bodily changes, and we need to try to rationalise it, easy said than done xx
