Hi I have had a really bad cold and I got a bad cough with it not one for getting many coughs but have felt pretty rough but today my cough has eased of a lot but I now have this achy pain that feels tender to touch in my chest it's like my left breast area the inner side like towards middle of chest but not in the middle and underneath my breast does this sound like a pulled muscle from coughing I am just a bit worried about it, thanks x
