I woke up this morning early so went back to sleep for a little while, on my back. In my dream I was getting the fluttery sensation which woke me up, I thought it was just my mind playing tricks on me, so I lay there checking my pulse on my back and low and behold I start feeling the double beats, at least 2 a minute. My heart rate was in the low 50's but would speed up a bit when the double beats happened then slow down again, then repeat.
I've made an appointment with the doctor but this is the first time I've had them like this, I usually only get one a day which I feel.
Sleeping on my right side seems to stop it but I get uncomfortable and like sleeping on my back.
Anyone here get similar?
