crawling/cramping/pins and needles.. HELP IM FREAKING OUT!!

Hi everyone tiday I started feeling a weird crawling sensation all over my body and my muscles are cramping im so scared.. ive been crying and im worried sick thinking I have ms.. has anyone else experienced this before??
