what it says up top. and its making me feel anxious and scared. its a little down my left arm and in my legs. its not bad. but making me panic. but I have been busy at work the last few weeks. [im a cleaner] and wondering if that's not helping.

Hi.. I just posted about this yesterday.. I was feeling a tightness in my left ankle right after watching a movie about ALS and yesterday, out of no where, I get this crawling creepy sensation like if bugs are on me or like static maybe all over my body.. It got so bad that I went into a full blown panic attack and I took 2 mil of xanax.. I completely understand, however, I dunno what the hell is causing this and its really hard to accept that anxiety can make someone feel like this :( .. I just want you to know that you are not alone.
