Past couple of nights I have awoke after falling to sleep with like a forced exhale out my nose it makes a like shhhh noise like when you blow your nose kind of but it mars my full body startle and jump I don't have a clue what's going on it effects my breathing I finally have my partner as a witness it is not in my head although I'm scared it's apnea or something bad now I have also had pain center of head and pulsing feeling in mouth and bridge nose before this happened and still now I could feel it all in my sleep can anybody realate ? I've done it where I have woke up gasping ect but nothing ever like this with this noise / my nose help ??? As I keep having twitching muscles it could even be a als symtoms ?
