panic and shaking

I have some kind of anxiety problem not diognosed yet but tonight I am having the longest panic attack ever I can't stop it.

I am shaking, hot ,scared and fast heart and full of adrenaline been like it now for 3hrs it's relentless and really worrying me will it stop I am exhausted. I worry about my heart and something is seriously wrong.I rang 111 and they were not to concerned just told me to see Dr about palpitations tomorrow. I think its now time for some medication at least a tranquilliser to calm me down so I don't panic like this.

Will this shaking end its awful? And will a Gp prescribe tranquilisers? I can't do this

It will stop, Panic has a time limit but it could also come back again. My longest were five hours, never less than an hour with three being about average every night for a year. I got pretty short on sleep.

Thank you Davit I am feeling a bit better still very weird and jumpy, but afraid to sleep think its time I got some anxiety meds now will be seeing gp tomorrow.
