Help with anxiety over breast cancer please

Hi.....ive been struggling with health anxiety since december and have just started CBT. Ive had my breasts checked on a couple of occasions by gp for lumps spots and nipple issues and have been really trying not to go. I have noticed some discolouration on one breast that could be vein or slight bruising as it is one area I check a lot. Does anyone else have veins on their breasts and what do they look like?

I am having exactly the same thing! So far I have been Drs 3 times and referred to the Breast Care centre once and each time they say all is fine. i started to get back pain which frightened me even more. Today I have pain in my right breast like a tugging pain on and off. Got another drs booked next week. Before it was my right breast that worried me as it seemed bruised and more veiny than the other. Sometimes the veins on mine are really clear especially on the right one.

Have you had any ultrasound or mammogram?
