Really stiff neck and lots of lymph nodes

I have just woken from my sleep in agony, my neck got so tight it woke me. I also have numerous lymph nodes that are swollen along my neck and above my collar bone. I've had not felt well for the last 10 months I am constantly in and out of my doctors.mi have started to get flutters in my liver area.mi have an ultrasound booked to look at all my lymphnodes but it isn't until 28th April. I am so scared I have Cancer again ...... I don't want to die

Yes I had Cancer when I was a kid, I am convinced I have lymphoma due to all the numerous swollen lymph nodes I have had in my body. I had an X-ray a few months ago and nothing was found but I continue to feel under the weather, get reoccurring are throats and I'm scared as the doctors just put everything down to my anxiety R my inflammatory bowel disease
