Im scared of sezuires

Hi, (sorry if I posted this in the wrong place) a couple of days ago I had a non epileptic partial seizure and I was fully aware of what was happening. But now, Every night I am scared to death that I am gonna have another one (even tough I have not). in fact last night I had a quite realistic dream that I had seizures all night (luckily I managed to pull my self to reality) which was a real nightmare. But im fine in day. just not in the evenings.

any help? Im scared to death about this... :ohmy:

I had a few non-epileptic seizures a long time ago (four of them over the course of 18 months - none since), which scared the life out of me for a long time, so I know exactly what you are going through. I had a lot of tests done and took epilepsy medication for a while and thankfully everything came back negative, which definitely helped - have you had any medical tests conducted that might also provide you with some peace of mind?
