Anxiety feel so twitchy

Few days now I've felt really twitchy and over sensitive to any movement or pain in my body. Doesn't feel panicky just like really twitchy and horrible, Shakey almost! Anyone else?

yeah it is a common symptom of anxiety ,try not to worry it will pass main thing is don't focus on it :hugs:
