tongue question :-(

Ugh... I thought I was actually doing fine this morning.. and then my tongue felt a little strange... as if I burnt it on coffee.. but I couldn't remember (yes, from an hour ago) if my coffee burnt my tongue. So I looked in the mirror at my tongue and it was twitchy...I tested it in my mouth and sticking it out of my mouth.

Is it really twitching? Or does your tongue normally not stay still when you open your mouth? I can't describe it... but it's freaking me out now :(

Tongue quivers when sticking out and doesn't stay still in mouth. Don't think what you saw are rral fasciculations.

I have tongue twitching a pulling one at the tip,a little heartbeat looking one and also some big thumpers and I can feel them all.I had an emg done in my tongue and bulbar area came back normal.I don't have them constant but occasionally everyday the rest of my bodywide twitching has reduced so hoping my tongue twitches will too.I wouldn't worry about tongue twitches my neroulogist told me it's all anxiety
