Anyone else as HA plagued as I am?!!!

One evening last week...noticed a soreness around the ribs-nothing major you would think. Cleared my throat-small streak of blood in the phlegm. Immediately into panic mode. GP's closed so A+E. Full bloods-chest x-ray-ECG-heart monitor-physical exam of ribs and throat. All clear. Fine since but, obviously, still worrying!! Anyone else as HA plagued?

Did it even come from your lungs, and not your teeth. (55) I was a three pack a day most days smoker that quit a long time ago. It does take a while to get the gunk out. Bottoms of my lungs crackle but work fine and there is no blood.
