Don't know if this belongs in the health anxiety forum, but I've been asleep all day and feel really groggy, and so have my family, they're not worried, I'm paranoid there's carbon monoxide in the house, it was very warm today, could it be the heat?

I don't know, but a good carbon monoxide alarm only costs about £20 so to prevent any future stress or worry, go and buy yourself one tomorrow :)

Hi,

Try not to worry it is most probably the humidity. I often wake up groggy anyway :roflmao:

Yes you can buy a carbon monoxide alarm easily enough to be safe, if you're worried open the windows go get some fresh air until you feel better.

Carbon monoxide poisoning gives you chest pain like a heart attack before you pass out.

I'd definitely buy an alarm. They're really cheap and can save lives. Keep your house well ventilated too. If you have windows open you should be alright.
