1. Is it possible to have completely normal blood testing results and a perfectly normal Barium x-ray yet still have a Gastrointestinal disorder?

2. I have always said "I have anxiety" but I have never been actually diagnosed with anxiety. Is it wrong to label yourself as an anxiety sufferer if you have never actually been diagnosed and officially told by an expert that you have anxiety?

Thank you.

1. Potentially, but this would require a doctor's diagnosis. If they've said you're all clear then any disturbances of any kind within your body, especially in the region you mention, are likely to be a result of anxiety and stress.

2. It doesn't matter whether or not you've had the diagnosis. If symptoms of anxiety are starting to impact your life, you should seek support for anxiety. A doctor's diagnosis can help if you are trying to get some closure, or need it to get additional treatment, but really you don't need an official diagnosis to start kicking anxiety's arse.
