Anyone ever feel lightheaded and dizzy? I've been feeling this way all day and my heart rate keeps going low. I'm also on my menstrual cycle. I almost fell into the bath today because I was so off balance :weep:

The best thing would be to arrange an appointment with your doctor, so they can check you over and ensure you are ok. It could just be something as simple as having a big spike in caffeine or sugar, or sitting down for a long time and getting up quickly, but it is best to be on the safe side, and your doctor can put your mind at ease.
