I am 20 years old male and am quite fit though I'm petrified of the thought of cardiac arrest and am wondering what's the probability of it? I've had lots of heart scans and stuff done and all were fine just scared to excercise in fear :(

I would have to assume that the percentage in the UK based on the similarities in lifestyle would be the same as the US. So, that being said, you have about a .001% of that happening at 20 years old.

I'm a 17 year old female who has the same fear from time to time. The chance of it happening is very low unless you had an underlying heart condition, that might raise the chances slightly. However, if your tests have all been fine, if you have a healthy lifestyle and if you're otherwise healthy, you should be fine. Something I do to reassure myself about heart problems is record my pulse rate daily and sometimes my blood pressure. It just keeps an eye on things and it's something you can easily do at home! You'll be alright, stay strong.
