Hi to all :)

I am new here, just found this forum and it seems it is a good place to get support for all the anxiety related issues.

I am a 29 year old male having on and off anxiety issues (or at least my doctors think it is anxiety) I am still at the step where I think I have a serious problem.

Well thats about it I will post about my experiences soon, I think sharing is a first step to accepting that the feelings that I have is anxiety and not a life threatening illness.
