New to this site

Hi everyone i'm new to this site and would like to introduce myself. I am 30 years old, from the UK and have suffered life long mental health issues such as addiction, BPD, Bipolar, OCD, depression and anxiety. I'm hoping I can share my experiences and learn from others.

I am also new to this site I have struggled with addiction for 20 years. I am very anxious these days and am seeing my gp this afternoon any ideas on what medication might help. What has worked for you? Regards
