At that stage of the night where Everytime I close my eyes it feels like I'm engulfed in hell, my heart races, I panic and I wake up instantly feeling breathless and in a panic. Casually sitting here waiting to feel tired with a uni presentation at 9 tomorrow. Fantastic, any advice?! :(

Yes, you didn't say the presentation would be a problem just thinking of it is. Set the alarm, tell yourself you are being silly and go to sleep. If you can't then do stacks (in top tips) to get rid of the panic thought.

Its just the way anxiety manifests itself, try and realise that it is just your mind telling you that you are anxious. Breathe slowly and deeply, make yourself stay still on your pillow, you'll drift off hopefully :-)
