I have been in the sun for three days I have kept on top of my water and weeing every couple of minutes due to this lol !
But now for past around 4 hours I have been burning up it is no longer warm and I do not ever feel warm im a very cold body temperature normally in a coat when people are in tshirt so I feel pulsing in my hands and neck but ignore it fall asleep for a whole 10 minutes to wake to a tight dead feeling in my fingers and neck I notice my ring is tight on my finger I have never had anything swollowen before but I realise my hands are puffed im a very skinny person they are red like too hot and pulsing I have never in my life had anything like this when I walk I feel my head is like too heavy for my and my ears even kinda feel it like half dead /too hot everybody else in the house is normal I had a paracetamol around 4 hours ago for a headache but I always rake them I don't know what I should do my partner won't wake up and I feel I'm gonna explode im that hot and pulsing/feel swollen
