I know I shudnt but I've been smoking load this week because I had some bad news about my dad he's intensive care but tonight my chest is killing and I've got a bit of smokers cough I scared of I
Will stop breathing or get asthma attack even though don't have asthma just feel like
Ringing a ambulance but my partner will go mad at me
Please can someone help me will
I be oka ?

You've possibly picked up a chest infection, or it may just be a sore chest from excessive smoking giving you a cough. You're highly unlikely to have an asthma attack if you've never been diagnosed with asthma. I know cigarettes can be a comfort in times of stress, but be careful, that's how bad habits are born.
